Valuations
We do not show an instant online figure. You give us your registration and mileage, confirm the vehicle, and answer a few honest questions about its condition, outstanding finance, damage and service history. A real valuer reviews that information by hand, together with third-party data (DVLA, DVSA, trade valuation providers), and contacts you with a firm, written offer, usually within 2 hours in business hours. That offer is valid for at least 72 hours from when it is sent.
Adjustments
Where the vehicle matches what you told us, the written offer stands, no last-minute renegotiation. If it materially differs from your declared answers (condition, outstanding finance, damage, service history) once we inspect it at collection, we may adjust the offer to reflect what we actually find, and will explain why before you agree to go ahead.
Cancellations
You can cancel an appointment any time before our team arrives, free of charge, via /manage-my-appointment.
Title and finance
Bring the V5C in your name and proof of identity. If the V5C is missing or not in your name, we can consider a purchase only after reviewing your ownership documents and confirming that we can proceed. Please contact us before arranging handover. If your vehicle is on finance, we settle directly with your lender on the day and pay you any balance.
Limitation of liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot be limited under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
