Tell us how to reach you
Confirm the vehicle, then leave your name, phone, email, postcode, the price you have in mind and why you are selling. After that you can add a few optional details about the vehicle. A real valuer reads every answer by hand.

A real person calls with an offer
A valuer reviews your enquiry and calls, texts or emails a firm offer within 2 hours. It holds for at least 72 hours, so you have time to compare. Always a real person, never a computer.

Collection. You are paid in full first.
Free UK collection, or drop off at our Bethnal Green office. You sign the V5C. Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves. Finance is settled direct with your lender and we handle the DVLA paperwork.
Documents you'll need
What to have ready for collection day
Nothing at offer stage. These are needed at collection or HQ drop-off:
- V5C logbook. If it is missing, we must review your ownership documents before confirming a purchase.
- Both sets of keys, if you have them
- Service history, if you have it (improves the offer)
- Outstanding finance settlement letter, if applicable
- Photo ID matching the V5C (driving licence or passport)
After you say yes
Collection and payment
- You keep driving your vehicle until collection.
- We call ahead before we collect.
- You can join the test drive.
- We handle the DVLA paperwork.
- Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves.
- The price holds if the vehicle is as described. Any change is explained first, and you can say no.

How do you work out the offer?+
We're specialists. We have real buyers, fleet operators, rental dealers and vehicle importers, who know what your Toyota is worth. We price for the actual market, not a one-size figure.
When do I actually get the money?+
Paid in full by bank transfer before your vehicle leaves. Once the vehicle has been checked and you have accepted, the full amount is sent before anyone drives it away.
What if my Toyota has no MOT or is on SORN?+
We still buy it. No MOT, SORN, non-runner: the offer reflects trade value for its condition.
Your offer vs someone else's, what do I do?+
